Most recently at Experian, he was Director of Web Services, where he spent his career building and managing complex, web-based software applications for banks and credit unions across the country.

Brandon is passionate about technology, music, and golf. He contributes to open source projects and has worked in software engineering at Nike, BakerHill, and Experian. He holds a Bachelors of Computer Science from Illinois State University and is rarely seen without coffee.

Leveraging experience gained over a decade at Omniture (now part of Adobe) & other tech leaders, Bart guides our team of talented engineers. Skilled in both front-end & server-side software development, he influences nearly every part of the system. Driven by a thirst for personal improvement he pushes the team to excel.

Among his proudest achievements, Bart once bowled a 234 at state!!!

Viper Bailey

Michael, AKA "Viper" join’s MoneyDesktop following a successful career at Ominiture (aquired by Adobe - $1.8b), where, as a lead architect, his engineering skills were instrumental in the development of award-winning software.

Viper has extensive experience developing large-scale clustered environments, has designed proprietary database solutions for massive data-stores and his intellectual curiosity has resulted in five patented software inventions. Beyond his capabilities as an engineer, Viper is a talented actor-comedian and frequently performs as a player at ComedySportz.

Adam Hutchinson

A web developer by trade, Adam started slinging Ruby back in '07 and never looked back. He brings with him extensive experience in full-stack development plus really shines in creating responsive and silky smooth interfaces. When he's not coding, he's most likely sleeping or grooming his beard.

Ben Matz

Ben is one of the senior software developers for MoneyDesktop. He comes to the MoneyDesktop team with a history in e-commerce (Heritage, Bid Sync) and a passion for developing robust and secure software.

When he isn't sitting in the dark recesses of the office quietly coding robust financial software he enjoys running.

Joshua Faul

Josh has been coding for as long as he can remember. He's always trying to take technologies farther than they were originally intended in elegant, practical ways. That's why he's here, stretching the cross-platform limits of the mobile web.

Outside of the office, well, he's still just a big geek dad and loves every minute of it.

Brent Redd

Brent has a passion for technology and is driven by innovation. He has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and enjoys the challenges his job brings. At MoneyDesktop you will find Brent constantly glued to his screen as he codes the latest product features.

On the weekends Brent eats food and likes music.

Nick Stewart

Engineer

Nick is a senior ruby developer with experience writing web crawlers, scaling large data sets, and creating financial prediction models. He is a huge fan of Agile and likes to debate philosophy. In his spare time Nick enjoys movies, books, Mexican food, and optimizing genetic algorithms.

Jake Richan

Engineer

Having graduated from Utah Valley University's Digital Media program, Jake continues to advance in his field of front end user interaction and experience. While in school he took part in a special team of students working on school funded projects and was selected from his class along with only one other to represent UVU in a Digital Media convention in Vancouver Canada. Jake is a rare breed of coding designer who is anticipating new challenges and strives for detailed perfection.

Matt Duff

Matt joins MoneyDesktop after finishing Code Academy in Chicago where he fell in love with all things Ruby. He is most passionate about software that obsessively focuses on what value and experience it provides the end user.

Matt grew up in New England and graduated from Brigham Young University. An ideal weekend would include his wife, three kids and a large quantity of outdoor activities, sports and delicious salsa. His wife wonders how he became so nerdy after their marriage.

Travis Elnicky

Travis studying computer engineering at the University of Utah, and hopes to gain even more experience working with the engineers at Moneydesktop. Travis is very excited for the challenges and learning opportunities his job brings. Outside of work, Travis likes to play guitar, build websites, disc golf and spend time with his family.

Clay Johns

Clay caught the startup bug in college and quickly transitioned from full-time software development to architecting data management schemas. After his first company was acquired Clay started a consulting company helping startups and established companies across the US ensure the high availability and scalability of their data. Clay has extensive experience with traditional row-based databases well as Hadoop, Redis, and other NoSQL applications.

At MoneyDesktop Clay works with the development team to make sure that that our solutions will deploy smoothly to our production systems and stay responsive as our customer base multiplies.

Robert McClellan

Analyst

Robert's entrepreneurial passion fuels his research and other projects at MoneyDesktop. His experience gained working with both small and large companies (Silicon Slopes, Deseret Digital) helps us all gain greater insight into an exciting market. He is currently getting degrees in business, physics and Japanese.

Being fluent in Japanese, Robert proves to be particularly invaluable when watching Godzilla movies.

Nate Caldwell

Nate is a Six Sigma Black Belt and a certified Project Manager. He recently brings experience working with eBay where he had the opportunity to work on several global initiatives; working with pilots for Top Customer Care, eBay Buyer Protection, and the implementation of a global CRM for customer support. Nate is proud of his technical background as well as his background in the medical field, most notably establishing a pediatric outpatient clinic in El Paso, Texas.
